For more than 20 years, I have been building high-performing and cohesive teams with innovative ideas and experience leading and managing strategic projects. I have worked for several companies with a focus on real estate and private equity. I have managed development for PPF Group (real estate division), ECM or Telorer Private Equity Fund and also worked as an asset manager for HSBC NF / Metro Holdings in China.

I have been involved in financing development projects since 2000. I enjoy setting the best path in the field of financial resources, at the end of which is a successfully completed project and a satisfied investor. I prepare feasibility studies and analyze which is the best option for the future development of the project.

I graduated in law at the Faculty of Law of Charles University and I have been dealing with real estate law continuously for 17 years. I work as an independent lawyer. I enjoy creative work, making tailor-made contracts. I have worked mainly for property development and financial groups.

In 2011 I graduated from the Czech Technical University in Prague with a degree in construction management. After that I spent several years in London to improve my English. I enjoy a variety of work and Asset Management brings this to me. Coordinating technical projects that end in success and satisfaction on all sides is my greatest motivation.

At occollo, I am responsible for the entire online promotion, from the website presentation, to social networks, to PPC and advertising campaigns. I gained my first marketing experience on a part-time job while studying as a social media administrator, which eventually turned into a "full-time job" and now deals with complete online marketing.

I am an experienced professional who specializes in sales process and key account management. My goal is to continually seek out new customers and identify profitable business opportunities to ensure long-term growth for the company I represent. I enjoy working with sales processes and providing the best customer service possible to ensure company success and customer satisfaction. I have extensive experience in managing client portfolios, writing key customer analysis reports and communicating with various departments to ensure optimal key service solutions for our customers. My skills in team building and leadership enable me to enhance the performance of the entire team and maximize customer satisfaction. My strength is my ability to solve problems and challenges using available resources and logical thinking. I have a proven track record of maintaining excellent customer relationships and providing outstanding support. This includes responding quickly and effectively to client issues and providing solutions that are tailored to our customers. Overall, I strive to achieve planned goals and continually improve the performance of the company in which I work through sales operations and providing unparalleled customer service and support.

I have been working in the construction sector for more than 20 years, having graduated from the University of Wallachia and Moravia. In this sector I have gone through several different professions and today I have experience with complete project realizations.
